Back in the 'younger' elementalist days for me, I was only E/Mo and would often be only Fire/Energy/Healing which quiet often helped the "young" players of Guildwars.

Today, you have more options but it's still a nice skill to use in PvE if you are set up right. You shouldn't be relied upon, but could be easily a minor support Healer for certain intense areas.

Not heal party. Either Aegis or/and Breath of the great dwarf at good rank. Makes your life A LOT easier coupled with Mind Blast

If you don't have a player Paragon TNTF is excellent. Breath of the Great Dwarf and Protective Was Kaolai are decent as well.

Heal Party is good if you expect to have to cast it a lot; you can set up a team in this way, but it really consumes the entire character to pump parties and you're likely better off with some other character in that slot. Otherwise the rapid recharge isn't going to matter nearly as much as you think.

Is Great Dwarf Weapon any good? To put a weird offensive twist on an ele skillbar?

It's one of the best weapon spells but on a ele?

Can't see why not on an ele.
Someone needs to buff the physicals with GDW, and it might as well be the dude with infinite energy and half a bar still to play with.

Oh I mis-interpreted it. I thought he meant that it gets cast on the ele.

Thanks for all the help, guys! From what I've gathered, good utility skills in the spacious Mindblaster skillbar include TTtF (I like this), Aegis, Convert, Extinguish (I like this), HP to an extent, Dwarf Breath thingy, Great Dwarf Weapon, wards (I like this), and maybe some ritualist stuff?

Hopefully I'll be playing with the big boys in HM GWEN missions soon!

I fail to see how 60~ health every 15 seconds is decent (in reference to BotGD). The quarter second cast is nice, but that's kind of an unnecessary frill for a party heal in PvE.

Would Mind Bender be a good skill to use on a Mind Blaster? Not really any support or anything, but with a decent Asura rank and 20% enchanting you can get a 2/3 upkeep on 1 second Rodgort's Invocation...plus a nifty speed boost.
